Details: The candidate will support the monitoring in business performance, assistance procedures and coverage, aligned with company standards, assuring a proactive alignment between HQ and Dealership business goals and understanding the market trends, competitor activities and any other external factors that influence the business development.

In this role you will also monitor the key process as well as performance indicators, referring to specific targets and best practice objectives. Your responsibility is support the achievement of the company’s key sales objectives working with the sales department in the management of the dealer network in developing the business in the defined market area.

Eligibility:

  • In order to succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for a graduate profile with Master’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Ideally you will not only have a passion for automotive and luxury sector but also have gained a prior professional insight in a structured automotive environment or a specific experience in Sales and dealer management.
  • In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, with excellent relationships and communicative skills in order to proactively support end-users. You will be able to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment, and bring a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • The role requires you to be highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools and fluent in German and English.
  • This role requires fulltime attendance in the Ferrari Wiesbaden (Germany) offices.
